Ben invested in the business in 2024 and has led the rebranding and repositioning of the company.

A serial entrepreneur, he is also the CEO of The Knight James Group of companies, which has interests in property development, design & build and asset management. Ben spends his time setting out of strategy of the business, helping to drive growth and sales.

In his free time Ben enjoys travelling to Africa and the Far East. He is also a trainee pilot, currently studying for his Private Pilot's Licence.

Daniel has been manufacturing and selling bespoke flooring and joinery for over 17 years, having founded the business in 2008. He has an exceptional knowledge of timber flooring, especially when it comes to the technical aspects of the industry.

Daniel leads the production and installation side of the business day to day, ensuring our floor are not only beautifully made, but also skilfully installed.

Outside of work Daniel enjoys travelling to the Far East. He is also a keen cyclist.

Sinead worked for the business for seven years, before buying into the company in June 2024.

She is not only responsible for running the company's finances, but also for overseeing the day to day organisation of its back office functions, including the scheduling and ordering.

Originally from County Clare in Ireland, in her downtime she enjoys going to the gym, running and travelling to far flung places.

Tracey heads up our sales department, as well as overseeing the operational side of the business including the sourcing of raw materials. An industry veteran of nearly 40 years, she has an exceptional knowledge of the products we sell and the most effective ways to fit them. She is equally at home on the phone driving new business or on site, advising contractors on exactly how its done!

Outside of work, Tracey is a keen horse rider and can often be found tending to 'the girls'....her flock of chickens or riding her 'Fat Boy' Harley Davidson!

Todd has worked for the company for the last 13 years, originally starting out as a sampler, before being promoted to Production Manager.

His knowledge of the chemical application process we use to create our unique finishes is second to none. Whether a client wishes to match a random floor sample from an old house or is looking to create something totally unique, you can be sure Todd has the formula to create it.

Outside of work Todd enjoys spending time with his young family and travelling to his native Bulgaria.
