Ben invested in the business in 2024 and has led the rebranding and repositioning of the company.  

A serial entrepreneur, he is also the CEO of The Knight James Group of companies, which has interests in property development, design & build and asset management.  Ben spends his time setting out the strategy of the business, helping to drive growth and sales.

In his free time Ben enjoys travelling to Africa and the Far East.  He is also a trainee pilot, currently studying for his Private Pilot's Licence.

Daniel has been manufacturing and selling bespoke flooring and joinery for over 17 years, having founded the business in 2008. He has an exceptional knowledge of timber flooring, especially when it comes to the technical aspects of the industry.

Daniel leads the production and installation side of the business day to day, ensuring our floors are not only beautifully made, but also skilfully installed.

Outside of work Daniel enjoys travelling to the Far East.  He is also a keen cyclist.

Sinead worked for the business for seven years, before buying into the company in June 2024.

She is not only responsible for running the company's finances, but also for overseeing the day to day organisation of its back office functions, including the scheduling and ordering.

Originally from County Clare in Ireland, in her downtime she enjoys going to the gym, running and travelling to far flung places.

Originally from New Zealand, Jorja moved to London in April to continue building her career in the flooring industry. 

With over four years of hands-on experience, she has developed a strong skill set in delivering high-quality flooring solutions with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction. 

She enjoys taking on new projects and creating spaces that feel both functional and inviting. Outside of work, Jorja can often be found playing sports or exploring as many countries as possible!

Noel was brought into the Oak Artisan team to help drive sales by teaming up with developers, architects and interior designers. 

With an extensive background in sales Noel's ability to identify opportunities in the market is crucial for continued growth within the business. 

Noel has a passion for animals and has a beautiful blind dog called Valencia that he adopted from Thailand.  Valencia is well travelled having lived with Noel in Canada, Mexico and now England.  Noel is also very into sports and if there's a racquet involved he won't be far away.
